Over the past two days, the Hili UAE–Africa Dialogue brought together senior government officials, diplomats, policymakers, researchers, business leaders, and strategic partners to explore new pathways for strengthening Africa–UAE cooperation.
Through discussions on diplomacy, trade, connectivity, disruptive technologies, critical minerals, agriculture, and renewable energy, participants emphasized the importance of strategic partnerships, innovation, and practical cooperation in advancing shared prosperity and sustainable development.
Co-hosted by the Institute of Foreign Affairs (IFA), Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research, and the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy (AGDA), the Dialogue also marked a significant milestone with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the two institutions, reaffirming a shared commitment to research, policy dialogue, and institutional collaboration.
As the dialogue concludes, the conversations continue, guided by a shared vision of transforming ideas into action and strengthening Africa–UAE relations for the future.
