This year’s regional dialogue has the theme of “Navigating The Complexities Fostering Regional Security in the Horn of Africa:
IFA’s Executive Director HE Jafar Bediru delivers the welcoming specch to the participants and the panelists .The executive Director disclosed the aims of the dialogue in his message that the dialogue is fundamental in fostering knowledge sharing, idea exchange, and exploration of innovative solutions for the region’s security challenges. It brings together diverse expertise and experiences to collectively pursue a safer and more prosperous future for the people of the Horn of Africa.
He also added that the urge for everyone to actively participate in discussions, questioning established norms, and proposing innovative solutions.
