Mr. Mesafint Tefera, Deputy Director of the Institute of Foreign Affairs (IFA) discussed with Excellency Mr. Talal Alazezi, political, economic and media department head of UAE Embassy in Addis Ababa. In the discussion Mr. Mesafint has elaborated about the mandate and overall duties and responsibilities of IFA. Excellency Mr.Talal has also explained about a think tank of their Ministry. Both discussed about partnership of IFA with similar think tanks in the U.A.E. and agreed for the development of initial documents to be facilitated through the Embassy.
