Knowledge Management Directorate of IFA and Human Resource Directorate of MoFA in collaboration with Alliance Ethio Française, French language training was started on July 24, 2023. Eighty diplomats and researchers from MoFA and IFA started taking the training. With an objective diplomatic training method the training is expected to last for 5 months as part of the capacity building program of diplomats and researchers.
