Maria Repnikova, an associate professor of political science at Georgetown University, has delivered a public lecture on ‘Chinese soft power towards Africa’ at IFA. Dr. Maria specialized in Media-state relations in China, including political persuasion and critical journalism; Chinese soft power and public diplomacy, especially in the African context. IFA senior and junior researchers as well as internes participated the event.
